Considering the difficult situation that we are currently facing due to COVID-19 virus, AGENSO developed covid19 tool (https://covid19.agenso.gr/). Covid19 tool is an interactive map that provides information on COVID-19 cases from around the world. The monitoring of the cases is based on the day one of their appearance according to the information from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering – Center for Systems Science and Engineering (https://systems.jhu.edu/research/public-health/ncov/).
Through the interactive map, users can select the country of interest and get information about the total number of cases per day starting from 22/1/2020. Covid19 is a free and easy-to-use tool that helps citizens and scientists to track the number of coronavirus cases around the world.
In this way, AGENSO wants to contribute at the protection of the public and support scientists’ efforts to monitor the spread of the virus.
