AGENSO's meteorological systems (AGIoT-0085, AGIoT-0086, AGIoT-0087) have been designed with durability and reliability in mind, even in adverse environmental conditions. They have been installed in mountainous and inaccessible areas, often on high mountain peaks, which demonstrates their durability and technological excellence. They are energy autonomous, as they feature a built-in battery and can utilize photovoltaic panels to ensure uninterrupted operation even in areas without access to the power grid. The possibility of remote management and maintenance, combined with their real-time interconnection with information systems and databases, makes AGENSO's meteorological systems a powerful tool for climate monitoring and decision-making in environments with increased demands.
Many of these installations have been implemented in collaboration with the National Observatory of Athens, in the context of joint actions for monitoring and recording meteorological data.
The following is the list of installed meteorological stations on mountain peaks:
- Triggia: Altitude 2204m
- Kissavos shelter: Altitude 1515m
- Fterolaka: Altitude 1580m
- Vathistalo: Altitude 1785m
- Iraklis: Altitude 2250m
- Loupata: Altitude 1955m
