To enhance the prevention and timely management of extreme weather events, the Municipality of Tyrnavos installed innovative AGENSO flood control systems at strategic locations across the city, including rivers and nearby high-risk areas.
The system is installed in rivers and other water bodies, where it measures the distance between the water surface and the sensor. Continuous monitoring of water level variations enables the early detection and warning of potential flood risks.
The combination of reliability and technological superiority makes AGIoT-0080 a particularly useful tool for making immediate and informed decisions, substantially contributing to limiting the impacts of severe weather events.
