The AquaLoops4Med Open Call supports the demonstration, scale-up, and commercialization of innovative solutions for sustainable and circular water management in the agrifood sector.
With a total budget of €850,000, the call provides funding of up to €60,000 per SME for sub-projects of up to 8 months. Applications are open exclusively to interregional consortia of 2–3 SMEs established in at least two eligible regions: Catalonia (Spain), Basilicata (Italy), Thessaly (Greece), and Attica (Greece).
Proposals must address key challenges in agrifood water management and be at TRL 6 or higher, achieving at least one TRL level increase by project completion. The call opens on 1 December 2025, with a submission deadline of 27 February 2026 at 17:00 (CET).
